Troubleshoot the loss of a data connection on your HTC Hero

You may experience the following issue with your HTC Hero.
You may be unable to access a data connection on your HTC Hero for tasks like getting email or using the Internet.
To resolve this issue, restart your phone and perform a Profile Update. This is accessible in your phone's Settings:
- Go to Settings from the Applications menu
- Select About phone
- Select System Updates
- Select Update Profile
