You may experience the following issue with your Palm® Pre™.
No sound comes through the earpiece or speakerphone and the headset icon still displays after you unplug the headset from your Pre.
If this happens, the earpiece may have failed. Please visit the nearest Sprint Service & Repair Center for repair or exchange.
