Troubleshoot when the LCD screen on your Palm Pre is cracked

If the screen on your Palm® Pre™ cracked as a result of normal use, please visit the nearest Sprint Service & Repair Center for a warranty exchange.
A warranty exchange is not valid if your screen is cracked due to accidental damage such as being dropped or other misuse. Damage of this nature is only covered by Total Equipment Protection or our Equipment Replacement Program. For more information on these programs, click here.
