Troubleshoot when your NETGEAR 4G LTE Gateway 6100D doesn't turn on

This article helps troubleshoot your NETGEAR 4G LTE Gateway 6100D not turning on.

You may have this issue if your NETGEAR 4G LTE Gateway 6100D:

  • Doesn't turn on
  • Starts to turn on but restarts or shuts down before it turns on completely

Try each of these steps if your device doesn't turn on.

  1. Verify that your NETGEAR® 4G LTE Gateway 6100D is plugged in.
