Troubleshoot when your Vision password not working while using the Novatel Wireless Ovation U720

The Vision password is case sensitive. Since characters are hidden during password entry, it is easy to miss this error. To help prevent this error, make the initial letter in your password a capital letter. In addition, before you enter your password, make sure you are not typing in all capital letters.
NOTE: To ensure that you have a complex password without using several capital letters, add numbers and symbols to your password.
