With Windows Vista 64-bit and Windows 7 64-bit your Operating System can occasionally go to the "Blue Screen Of Death" when you are coming in and out of suspend or hibernation mode while using the U301 USB Device Sprint 3G/4G Mobile Broadband.
To resolve this issue:
- Pull device from system
- Re-boot your system
- Open Sprint SmartView software (SSV)
- Re-insert the device
