Troubleshoot why you can't make calls outside the United States on your BlackBerry Tour 9630 smartphone

Before using your BlackBerry® Tour™ 9630 smartphone internationally on a cruise ship or in another country in global roaming mode, you must activate Sprint Worldwide service.
To activate service, you can chat with or email an international support representative by visiting us online.
Resetting Global Roaming Mode
Your BlackBerry smartphone is designed to enter global roaming mode automatically when you activate your Sprint Worldwide service. If you need to reset your global roaming options:
- From the Home screen, click Manage Connections
- Click Mobile Network Options
- Click Network Technology
- Click Global. The following message appears Would you like your BlackBerry to automatically select CDMA or GSM based on GSM based on network availability?
- Click Yes. Your setting will automatically be saved
