Troubleshoot why you can't transfer Sprint Music Store files to your Palm Pre

Music tracks that you purchased from the Sprint Music Store are DRM-protected (DRM = Digital Rights Management). So unfortunately, the DRM protection doesn't allow you to transfer those tracks to a DRM-free device like your Palm® Pre™.
However, the tracks you buy for your Pre, as well as other DRM-free music you own, can be freely transferred between your computer and your Pre, along with any other device that accommodates DRM-free files.
