Troubleshoot why your Palm Treo Pro will not ring

A software fix corrects the following issue with your Treo™ Pro by Palm®.
You may find that the ringer on your Treo Pro will not ring, no matter what volume level or ringer is selected.
To fix this:
- Visit www.palm.com/treopro-sprint-ringer on your device
- Download the Cab file onto the device and install
Note: If you hard reset your device (press and hold the power button) after downloading the software fix, you will need to re-download the Cab file, as a hard reset removes the file.
