View your monthly statement online and navigate to other billing and payment options:
- Click the My account tab
- Under Your bill, select See my bill
- My Bill page options:
- Monthly Statement - displays the various charges incurred, any previous balance and any payments made.
- Plan Details - displays the details of the plan on the account.
- Show Details - If you have gone over your minutes, an Additional Anytime Minutes section is displayed with a Show Details link. Additional Anytime Minutes used and a price tier is displayed when Show Details is clicked.
- Make a payment - takes you to Pay Bill page.
- Bill Date drop-down menu - Allows you to view any bill from the previous three months. You can print PDF version of the bill by clicking Printer-friendly Version (PDF).
- Usage Summary - displays the amount of minutes and data used for the current billing period.
- Call Detail - displays the call history for both incoming and outgoing calls for the current billing period.
- Nextel Direct Connect on Sprint Call Detail - displays Nextel Direct Connect on Sprint call details.
If you are a business account holder:
- Click the My account tab
- Under Your bill, select See my bill
- My Bill page options:
- Monthly Statement - displays the various charges incurred on the account.
- Sprint News - displays important updates about Sprint Services.
- Account Summary - displays a summary usage for each line on the account including phone call, text messages and more for the current billing period. You can click on the phone number to see the call details for that given line.
