- Sign on to My Sprint at sprint.com either using your computer or your phone's browser if you have a data plan
- Click Digital Lounge
- Go to My Content Manager
- Click on the Wireless Backup link
- Click on Unsubscribe
- To complete the cancellation, click Confirm, otherwise click Cancel to keep your subscription
