Update your email and Sprint notification settings on sprint.com

Get alerts about your account. Sign in to My Sprint to update your email address and set your notification preferences.

Actions:

  1. Visit sprint.com/mysprint.
  2. Click the Sign in button. Enter your username and password to sign in to My Sprint.
  3. Click the My preferences tab.
  4. Scroll to All about me > Email Notifications and click Account & usage notifications.
  5. The My preferences window will open.
  6. Scroll to the Sprint.com profile notifications section.
    1. We'll use this email address to send you notes when you update your sprint.com profile and if you forget your username and password.
    2. Enter your email address.
  7. Scroll to the Account notifications section.
    1. We'll use this email address to send you notes about any changes you make to your phone, services or plan. If eligible, you may also receive notices when any line on your account is near its plan limits.
    2. Enter your email address.
  8. Scroll to the Security & usage notifications section.
    1. We'll use this if you forget your account PIN or if you make changes to your PIN, security questions or answers. If eligible, you may also receive notices when any line on your account is near its plan limits.
    2. You can choose to be notified by email or text message.
    3. Select Send me an email or Send me a text message instead. Then, enter your email address or phone number.
  9. Scroll to the eBill delivery section.
    1. We'll send a notification to this email address letting you know your bill is ready on sprint.com.
  10. Scroll to the bottom of the window and click the Save button.
  11. You will see the confirmation message if the updates are successful: Thank you! Your settings have been updated. Please allow up to 15 minutes for changes to occur.

Click See More to manage preferences for Sprint-related promotions, as well as opt-out of marketing communications. These dropdowns let you choose if you want to be contacted by phone, mail, email and text message about promotional opportunities from Sprint, or to be contacted by Sprint partners.
