Update your email and Sprint notification settings on sprint.com

Want to know what's happening with other devices on your account? Sign in to sprint.com to set up email notifications and tell us how you'd like us to contact you about all things Sprint - new devices, great discounts and more.

  1. Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password
  2. Click on the My preferences tab
  3. Click Email & Sprint notifications
  4. Select the account you wish to manage settings for, and then select the device to manage notifications.
  5. Select the yes/no dropdowns of how and where you would like to be notified - Such as by phone, mail, email, text and if you would like to be contacted by Sprint partners
  6. Update your email address if you choose
  7. Click Save
