Your sprint.com profile stores information about your Sprint account, like your name, username, password, and the device you own.
Note: These steps assume that you are signed into My Sprint. Also, not all options are available to all account types. Depending on your account type, some options may not be available to you.
Change your profile information:
- From My Sprint, click Settings & Passwords
- Under Contact Info, click Edit your online profile
- From My Sprint Profile, click Change member information
- In the Name and Email Address text boxes, enter your member information as desired
- Click Continue and a confirmation message will appear
Add, update or remove a device in your profile:
- From My Sprint, click Settings & Passwords
- Under Contact Info, click Edit your online profile
- From My Sprint Profile, under Phone, click the appropriate link
- From the Phone section, you can add, update, or remove phones on your My Sprint profile
Change your account information:
- From My Sprint, click Settings & Passwords
- Under Contact Info, click Edit your online profile
- From Accounts, click the appropriate link
- From the Accounts section, you can add accounts, manage your account list and access the account administrator controls
Customize your My Sprint experience:
- From My Sprint, click Settings & Passwords
- Under Contact Info, click Edit your online profile
- From My Sprint Profile, under Customize Your My Sprint Experience, click Change custom information
- Enter your ZIP code in the text bos and from the Industry drop-down menu, click to select your industry
- Click Continue and a confirmation message will appear
