Upgrade your device on My Sprint

You can conveniently upgrade your device via My Sprint anytime from the convenience of your personal computer. Not registered for My Sprint? Sign up here.

To upgrade your device online, you must have a valid My Sprint account and be set up with an account owner or account authorized profile. If you are not an account owner and do not have permission to change settings on your account, you will not have permissions to buy or upgrade your device. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com here.

To upgrade your device online:

Select your phone

  1. Sign in to My Sprint with a valid username and password.
  2. On the My Account page, scroll to the I want to navigation tool on the right-hand side and click Upgrade my phone.
  3. At the top of the Phones page, you will see the phone number you are shopping to upgrade, and any savings you may qualify for. To upgrade another device on your account, select Upgrade another device on my account.
  4. To shop for a new device, click the device name to see detailed feature descriptions, customer reviews, videos, tutorials and more.
  5. Once you have decided on a device, select the color (if applicable), a 1-year, 2-year or no agreement, and the quantity.
  6. Click Buy.

 

Choose your add-ons (optional)

Add-ons vary depending on the type of device you have. If you don't see the add-on you are looking for, click Chat with us and ask the agent if the add-on is available. If you wish to bypass add-ons, click Continue and then click Confirm.

  1. Select additional add-ons to complete your plan and click Continue, then click Confirm.

Note: Some add-ons are included in your plan and cannot be removed without changing your plan. These will display with gray check boxes next to them and you will not be able to unclick the checkbox.


Add accessories (optional)

If you wish to bypass accessories, click Continue.

  1. Select accessories to complete your device and click Continue.

Review your order and checkout

  1. Review the items in your cart and enter any promo codes (if applicable). Once you are ready to purchase, click Checkout.
  2. If you would like to purchase an additional device, select Keep shopping. To empty your cart and start over, select Empty cart.
