Last Updated: Mar 31, 2015

To view and pay your bill online, you must first register for My Sprint and set up an account owner profile. If you don't have a My Sprint account, sign up here. Not sure what type of profile you have set up? Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com here.

To view and pay your bill online:

  1. Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password.
  2. Your account balance will appear in the Your Bill section in the middle of the page. To view your billing statement, click See my bill. To pay your bill, click Pay now.

Note: If you do not see the Your Bill section, you do not have an account owner profile. You can request access from the person who set up the account, or if you are the only profile on your account, enter your billing ZIP code and account PIN on the My Preferences page to create an account owner profile.
