To view and pay your bill online, you must first register for My Sprint and set up an account owner profile. If you don't have a My Sprint account, sign up here. Not sure what type of profile you have set up? Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com here.

Note: If you do not see the Your Bill section, you do not have an account owner profile. You can request access from the person who set up the account, or if you are the only profile on your account, enter your billing ZIP code and account PIN on the My Preferences page to create an account owner profile.

Get notified when you can see your bill online
My Sprint holds all your billing information, and bills are posted online about a week before the due date. When you sign up for eBill, we’ll send you an email reminder when your bill is viewable online. Click here to read how to enroll in eBill.
