View and update your billing contact information on Sprint.com

You can view and update your billing contact and billing address info when you sign into your My Sprint account on Sprint.com.
- Sign in to My Sprint with your username and password at Sprint.com
- Click on the My preferences tab
- Scroll down to My account info and click on My address
- You will see the Contacting you page
- Make your changes to your billing address information
- When finished with your changes, click Save
Note: You must be set up as an Account Owner or have an Account Authorized profile on My Sprint to view and edit your billing contact or billing address information.
