Quickly search and view your current and past bill call details online at Sprint.com. To view call details, you must have a valid sprint.com account and have an account owner or account authorized status. Read more about the different levels of profile access on sprint.com.
Current bills are available in both HTML and PDF formats. You can view up to 24 months of bills or 13 months for business accounts.
Note: Call details are in two different locations on sprint.com, depending on the type of account you have (business account or individual account).
To view current and past billed call details with an individual account:
- Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password
- On the My Account page, under Your Bill section, click See my Bill
- Scroll to the bottom of the Monthly Statement. Click on For Call Details: Click Here.
- The Call Details page will display. Select the type of call (Voice call or Roaming call) and then select the phone number to see details for.
- Next, click Bill date and select the billing date to view past call details
- Select Next to view the next page of call details or click the page dropdown to select a new page to view
- Click See Bill History to view the previous 24 months of billing
To view current and past billed call details with a business account:
- Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password
- On the My Account page, under Your Bill section, click See my Bill
- Scroll to the bottom of the Monthly Statement. Click on For Account Summary: Click Here.
- Depending on the size of the account, you may see phones numbers, department account codes (DACs) or both. Click on the phone number or department account code to view the Called Bill Summary.
- Details of Access and Usage by User page is dispalyed. Click on Cellular Service Call Detail.
- Change the billing period by clicking on the Select Another Billing Period link displayed at the top of the page
- Click See Bill History to view the previous 13 months of billing
