If you manage a business or personal account and have registered your account at sprint.com, you can view unbilled usage and call details online.
To view unbillled usage for your account:
- Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password
- Scroll to the devices section an click See all usage next to the phone or device that you wish to view usage for.
- The Detailed usage page will display. To view usage for another device on the account, click the dropdown at the top right-hand side of the page, labeled See usage for another phone on this account and select the device.
- Click See call log to get specific call details. Note: Only the account owner will see the link to view call log details.
