You can use the Samsung Instinct® HD's HDMI cable to view locally-stored media on a compatible HD television. The connection is made from the device to the HDMI input on the television. The media must be stored on the device and be of a compatible playback type.

NOTE: The HDMI cable is sold separately.

To watch videos on an HDTV:

1. Connect the HDMI connector on the cable to an open HDMI input on the television
2. Plug the other end of the HDMI cable into the VIDEO OUT jack located on the side of the device
3. Set the television to the HDMI input
4. On the device, press the Main Functions key
5. Touch Fun > TV/Video > My Videos
6. Select either the Sideloaded or Camcorder categories and choose a video to begin playback on the television
