I am a Sprint As You Go customer. Can I switch to Sprint Prepaid?

You can change your plan at any time since you don?t have a contract. You can switch to Sprint Prepaid. However, you will need to purchase a new Sprint Prepaid phone. Your Sprint As You Go phone will not work with Sprint Prepaid. Sprint As You Go phones qualify for buyback.

I am a Sprint As You Go Customer. Can I continue service with Sprint As You Go?

Yes, you may continue service with Sprint As You Go as long as your account remains in good standing. You may not be able to reactivate and continue service with Sprint As You Go if your account does not stay in good standing. Sprint As You Go service is no longer available to new customers. Sprint As You Go phones will no longer be available for purchase by new or existing customers.

Will I be able to activate a replacement device on my Sprint As You Go plan if I have an insurance claim?
