  • Why don't I have a 4G LTE connection?

    If your Samsung Galaxy Tab® S 10.5 cannot establish a 4G LTE connection you may not be in an area with 4G LTE coverage.

    4G LTE coverage is available now in select markets with a planned full roll out to millions of Sprint customers.

    Verify that your device is in a 4G LTE coverage area by checking the Sprint coverage map.

    If your device is in a 4G LTE coverage area, make sure 4G LTE is enabled.

  • Does 4G LTE lower my battery life?

    Using 4G LTE will lower the battery life of your device. How much it is reduced can vary based on a number of factors including how often your device is used, if other antennas such as Bluetooth are turned on, and if it is also connected to Wi-Fi.
