    You may have weak signal if you are in an area with low coverage or if something is interfering with your signal.

  • How do I know if I'm in an area with coverage?

    Refer to the Sprint coverage map to see if you're in an area with coverage.

  • What might interfere with my signal?

    The most common cause of interference is the materials used in the construction of certain buildings and houses. To test this, try checking your signal while outside.
