Can I add an early upgrade option?

Yes. An early upgrade option is available for an additional $5/mo./line when you lease or purchase your device in 24 monthly installments.

Can I cancel my $5 per month per line early upgrade option?

Yes, you can cancel the $5 monthly add-on at any time. If you cancel, you will not be permitted to add the option back on until your next phone purchase with a 24 monthly installment plan or one of our leasing options and you will lose the option to upgrade early if you have not completed any early upgrades that you are eligible to receive. Early upgrade option payments made prior to cancelling the option are not refundable.

How do I exercise my Early Upgrade option?

Early Upgrade for 24 monthly installment payment plan, lease, or iPhone Forever: Requires active add-on thru time of upgrade with minimum of 12 consecutive payments of both the add-on and an installment agreement for phones, new phone Installment Agreement, account in good standing, and give back of current eligible device in good & functional condition. After upgrade, remaining unbilled installment or lease payments for giveback device are waived. A device upgrade does not guarantee customer can retain current plan.

Is the $5 per month early upgrade option available on phones purchased with a 2-year service agreement?

No. The $5 per month early upgrade option is only available on phones leased or purchased through 24 monthly installments and payments for the option under your current plan would not transfer to this plan.

I currently have a phone on 24 monthly installments and I am interested in moving to the Sprint $75 Unlimited plan but want to keep the early upgrade option I've been paying for on my current plan. What can I do?

If you are currently paying for a phone through installments and your current plan includes an early upgrade option, simply add the $5 per month early upgrade option when you switch to the Sprint Unlimited plan. We'll apply the number of consecutive months you previously paid for to this early upgrade option. Once you've made 12 total consecutive payments for the early upgrade option on a qualifying plans and installment agreement, you're eligible to upgrade to a new phone! You have to give back your current phone to upgrade.  See Sprint Giveback Program Terms.

What do I do if I already have a hotspot on my plan?

When you switch to Sprint's new $75 Unlimited plan, your Mobile Hotspot add-on will no longer be needed. The service will automatically be removed at that time. After using up the 3GB in the plan, you’ll have the option to continue using hotspot data at 2G speeds or you can add 1GB of high-speed data for $15 to use through the end of your bill cycle.

Does the Sprint $75 Unlimited plan have roaming restrictions?

Using your phone while off the Sprint network, roaming service is limited to:
• Voice: 800 minutes or a majority of minutes
• Data: 100MB or a majority of kilobytes.
