How to view and pay your bill online

View and pay your bill online

View my bill online

  1. Go to sprint.com/mysprint and sign in.
  2. Scroll to Your bill.
  3. Click See my bill.

You can view up to the last 24 months of your bills.

Pay my bill online

You can pay your bill today or schedule a future payment.

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Follow the instructions on screen to make your payment.

Pay my bill with Express Payment

Pay your bill without signing in or make a guest payment for a Sprint customer.

  1. Go to https://www.sprint.com/apps/express-payment.
  2. Follow the instructions on screen to make your payment.

I don't see my bill online

Did you sign in but don't see your bill?

  • If you're not the account owner, you need to request access from the person who set up the account.
  • If you are the account owner, you need to add the account to your sprint.com account.

Pay my bill using the Sprint Zone app

Pay your bill from your phone, no username or password required.

  1. Open the Sprint Zone app.
  2. Tap Pay Bill.
  3. Follow the instructions on screen to make your payment.

Get notifications when my bill is ready online

Sign up for eBill to get billing notifications via text message or email. We'll notify you every month when your bill is ready to view online.

What if my bill is past due?

A payment arrangement gives qualified customers extra time to pay past due or the total balance on their account. Payment arrangements are scheduled payments that automatically process on the date selected with a selected payment method. Learn more »

Manage payment methods

Add a new checking account, debit card or credit card when making a payment

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. In the Payment method section, select Add new checking account or Add new debit/credit card.
  3. Enter the requested information.
  4. Select your Payment date and Payment amount. Then click Continue to make your payment.

Once you've added an account or card, it will stay on file until you remove it.

Add a new checking account, debit card or credit card

If you want to add a checking account or debit/credit card but aren't making a payment:

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Manage payment methods tab.
  3. Click the link to add a new checking account or debit/credit card.
  4. Enter the requested information. Follow the instructions on screen to save your changes. It may take 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

Once you've added an account or card, it will stay on file until you remove it.

Which credit cards can I use to pay my bill online?

  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • American Express
  • Discover
  • Diner's Club

Update my debit/credit card information

You need to update your card information if any of the following has changed:

  • expiration date
  • card address
  • name on card

Here's how:

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Manage payment methods tab.
  3. Click the pencil icon or edit link next to the card you want to update.
  4. Enter the updated information. Follow the instructions on screen to save your changes. It may take 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

Note: You can't update the card number. If you received a card with a new number, you need to add it as a new card.

Update my debit/credit card security code

For security reasons, you can't update your debit/credit card security code. If your card's security code has changed, you will need to remove the card from your account and then add it back as a new card.

Remove the card:

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Manage payment methods tab.
  3. Click the trash can icon or the remove link next to the payment method you want to remove.
  4. Follow the instructions on screen to save your changes. It may take 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

After you've remove the card, add it back as a new card

  1. Click the link to add a new debit/credit card.
  2. Enter the requested information. Follow the instructions on screen to save your changes. It may take 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

Remove a payment method

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Manage payment methods tab.
  3. Click the trash can icon or the remove link next to the payment method you want to remove.
  4. Follow the instructions on screen to save your changes. It may take 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

Scheduled payments and payment history

See my scheduled payments

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Payment activity tab.
  3. Scroll to the Scheduled payments section.

Modify a scheduled payment

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Payment activity tab.
  3. Scroll to the Scheduled payments section.
  4. Click the Modify link next to the scheduled payment that you want to modify.
  5. Follow the instructions on screen to make your changes.

Cancel a scheduled payment

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Payment activity tab.
  3. Scroll to the Scheduled payments section.
  4. Click the Cancel link next to the scheduled payment that you want to cancel.
  5. Follow the instructions on screen to save your changes. It may take 15 minutes for the changes to be reflected.

See my payment history

  1. Go to sprint.com/paybill and sign in.
  2. Click the Payment activity tab.
  3. Scroll to the Payment history section.

You will be able to see your payment history for the last 13 months.
