Purchase a Ringback Tone

Details

  • Managing and Purchasing of Ringback tones is now only performed through the Sprint Music Plus Application.
  • Sprint Music Plus can be downloaded from the Google Play store.

Purchase a Ringback Tone on your smartphone:

  • From the main menu on your phone, select Sprint Music .
    • Note: If Sprint Music Plus is not already pre-loaded on your smartphone, you can download it from Sprint Zone or using your phone's web browswer. Just open the web browser on your phone, go to the Sprint bookmarked home page, tap the Categories tab and then go to Downloads.
  • Select Ringback Tones > Ringback Tones Store
    • Note: If this is the first time accessing this store, click New to Ringback Tones
  • There is an "Info" button next to each Ringback Tone. Customers can select the "Info" link to guide them through the subscription sign up process.
  • Select Confirm.
    • Ringback Subscriptions may take up to 24 hrs to activate.
    • Customers will be informed via SMS once provisioning is complete.
    • Customers must go to their Ringback library and set the tone to either play as default or for a specific caller.
    • Note: At the end of the license period Ringback Tones renew at the current purchase price for a subsequent six month period. Customers must select "Turn Auto-renew off".
  • Note: If this is your first Ringback Tone purchase, you will need to subscribe and accept a monthly charge in order to purchase a Ringback Tone. Select Confirm to subscribe.
  • To set your new Ringback Tone as your default Ringback Tone, select Yes at the Set as Default screen. If you choose No, the Ringback Tone will only play if other default or settings are enabled.

Renew a Ringback Tone on your smartphone:
  • From the main menu on your phone, select Sprint Music Plus
  • Select Ringback Tones > Ringback Tones Store > My Purchases
  • Choose the Ringback Tone you want to renew and click Buy
  • To set your renewed Ringback Tone as your default Ringback Tone, select Yes at the Set as Default screen. If you choose No, the Ringback Tone will only play if other default or settings are enabled.

Note: Menu options may vary slightly depending on your phone.

Purchase a Ringback Tone on your feature phone:

  • From the main menu on your phone, select Content, My Content or Fun Tab
  • Select Call Tone or Ringback Tone
  • Choose Get New
  • Select Ringback Tone Store from the Sprint home page
    • Note: If this is the first time accessing this store, click New to Ringback Tones
  • Choose a Ringback Tone and select Buy
    • Note: If this is your first Ringback Tone purchase, you will need to subscribe and accept a monthly charge in order to purchase a Ringback Tone. Select Confirm to subscribe.
  • To set your new Ringback Tone as your default Ringback Tone, select Yes at the Set as Default screen. If you choose No, the Ringback Tone will only play if other default or settings are enabled.
