If your device is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to suspend your service:
If you have Total Equipment Protection, file a claim online at sprint.com/protection or call Asurion at 800-584-3666. You must report your loss within 60 days of the incident, and the device must be active on the Sprint network on the date of loss.
If you do not have Total Equipment Protection, you are responsible for replacing your lost or stolen device.
