With Sprint's newly expanded Reserve in Store program, you can reserve your dream phone online head to the nearest Sprint store or preferred retail store to pick it up, and pay the price listed on sprint.com. While you're there, you'll get expert, one-on-one support from a Sprint representative.
Do I need to schedule an appointment?
It's a good idea to schedule an in-store appointment to help eliminate unnecessary wait time. It's simple to schedule an appointment on sprint.com through the Reserve in Store process. After you've selected the phone you wish to reserve, you'll be prompted to schedule a pick-up appointment time at your nearest Sprint store. You will receive a confirmation email after you've successfully scheduled your Reserve in Store appointment. If you fail to show up before the store closes that day, your reservation will be cancelled and your phone will be made available to the next purchaser.
Reserve in store is not available with the 2-yr service agreement payment option.
What do I do when I get there?
When you arrive at the store, check in with the nearest rep. Then, you'll meet with a trained professional who will help you with your new phone.
How long will my appointment last?
You'll spend about 45 minutes with a Sprint rep who will give you a one-on-one tutorial specific to your new device.
What if I find a phone I like better in the store?
It depends. If your new favorite phone is also one that's available on the Web to be reserved in a store, then the Sprint store will honor your new selection—as well as the Web price!
If, however, the phone you choose is a device that's not available to be reserved in a store, you can purchase it at the regular store price. If you'd like to check out other specially-priced phones when you get to the store, just ask the Sprint rep what devices are currently available for an in-store promotional price and choose one that fits you.
I saw some accessories I really liked online. Will they be the same price in a store?
Online accessory prices are only available at sprint.com. When purchasing accessories in a store, regular retail prices and in-store promotions apply.
How do I change/cancel an appointment?
When you make a Reserve in Store appointment, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with info regarding your upcoming visit. In that e-mail is the option review and manage your appointment online. Use that link to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
What happens if I miss my Reserve in Store appointment?
If you've scheduled a Reserve in Store appointment to pick up a device and you miss your appointment, the device will be returned to the store's saleable inventory. You'll need to reserve your device online again to take advantage of Web pricing.
