  1. Verify if coverage is available at your current location.

    If your Franklin U772 USB Modem has low signal strength, see if your location is within Sprint network coverage on the Sprint coverage map.

  2. Perform a soft reset.

    1. Unplug the device from the USB port on your computer.
    2. After 10 seconds, plug the device into the USB port on your computer.
    3. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the 3G or 4G LED indicator to light up.
