You may have data connectivity issues if you're unable to:

  • Connect to the Internet
  • Browse websites
  • Load Internet content within applications
  • Send or receive email

These steps help identify and resolve the underlying cause. After completing each step, test to see if the issue is fixed. If not, continue to the next step.

    2. Press Enter.
    3. Enter the Administrator password in the Password field and click OK.

Note: The default password is admin.

    4. Verify the connection status displays Disconnect. Otherwise, click Connect.

    5. Click Advanced Settings.

  3. Perform a soft reset.

A soft reset reconnects your Franklin U772 USB Modem to the Sprint network.

    1. Unplug the device from the USB port on your computer.
    2. After 10 seconds, plug the device into the USB port on your computer.
    3. Wait approximately 10 seconds for the 3G or 4G LED indicator to light up.
  4. Reset your connection to the Sprint network.

If resetting your connection to the Sprint network doesn't help, contact Sprint Customer Care.

Note: Resetting your connection does not erase any data from your device.

    1. In your Internet browser, type http://sprintmodem or http://192.168.10.1 in the address bar.
    2. Press Enter.
    3. Enter the Administrator password in the Password field and click OK.
