View unbilled usage and call detail on sprint.com

If you manage a business or personal account and have registered your account at sprint.com, you can view unbilled usage and call details online.

To view unbillled usage for your account:

  1. Sign in to sprint.com with your username and password.
  2. Scroll to the devices section and click See all usage next to the phone or device that you wish to view usage for.
  3. The Detailed usage page will display.
    • To view usage for another device on the account, click the dropdown at the top right-hand side of the page, labeled See usage for another phone on this account and select the device.
  4. Under the Anytime Minutes section, click See call log to get specific call details.

Note: Only the account owner will see the link to view call log details.
