Low memory issues can arise when you have too many applications on your Lumia 635 or when you need to clear your application cache.
Verify if your Lumia 635 has low memory.
Uninstall unused applications.
Sprint recommends that you uninstall unused applications when possible. It helps free up internal memory and can improve device performance.
Note: Your Lumia 635 comes with some pre-installed applications that you can't uninstall.
Change where your phone saves media, applications, and files.
By default, your phone saves all applications, media, and files to internal memory. You can change the defalt settings to use the SD card instead.
Note: You must have an SD card inserted into your phone to complete these steps.
Perform a soft reset.
A soft reset deletes any temporary files and can potentially free up internal memory.
Note: To optimize device performance, be sure your Lumia 635 is running the most recent device software. Check for software updates.
